Blaze & Graze (www.blazeandgraze.co.uk) is a trading name of Flamingoat Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07270202), registered office: 10 Thirlmere Road, Wigston, Leicester, LE18 3RR. Flamingoat Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZA425134). For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@blazeandgraze.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Email sign-ups
If you sign up for our planner or newsletter, we collect your email address so we can send you what you asked for and occasional emails about new guides. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. Your address is stored securely with our email marketing provider, which processes it on our behalf, and is never sold.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your details only to reply, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Website analytics
We don't currently use any website analytics tools. If we add them in future, we'll update this policy first.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser.
- Affiliate cookies: when you click an affiliate link, the retailer or affiliate network (such as Awin or Amazon) may set a cookie on their site to record that you came from us. These are governed by the retailer's own privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.
- Awin tracking script: this site loads Awin's Publisher MasterTag, a script from our affiliate network, Awin. It helps Awin accurately track sales made through our affiliate links, and may read the page address you came from and set cookies or similar technologies on behalf of Awin and its retail partners. - Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy.
- Analytics cookies: none at present.

How long we keep data
We keep email subscriber data until you unsubscribe, and enquiry emails for up to 24 months unless we need them longer for a specific reason.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
